Building a brand platform and campaign communication strategy for public health awareness during the covid-19 pandemic.

The Mayor of London needed to create a digital-first campaign for their ‘Save Lives’ initiative, in light of the UK government’s response to Covid-19. The design needed to mirror the severity of the subject with a serious tone, but also feel engaging and informative. We also had to be fast and reactive due to the day-to-day change of events.

We built a tailored digital-first campaign, designed to inform the public on the risks of covid-19, which was pushed out across London at the height of the pandemic.

The campaign utilised digital BT-Link advertising boards throughout the city and was crafted in a modular way for flexibility across both digital and physical channels.

The campaign was hugely successful across Sadiq Khan's social channels, gaining millions of impressions. Off the success of this campaign we developed ‘London Together’ – a longer content series that celebrated how different communities dealt with the pandemic.
