Up On Influencers

Engaging the global Mastercard team with an international employee influencer programme.

Mastercard needed to empower employees with an initiative that would help celebrate their skills and truly showcase the efforts of their multiple teams across the world.

Employees applied to be ‘The Influencer’ with the winner taking part in a number of workshops to teach them about presenting, interview techniques and self shooting. From here, the winner and members of SLP’s production team visited the new Tech Hub in Dublin to capture content showcasing the building, and the benefits of being a Mastercard employee.

Since the launch campaign, we have rolled out the initiative across 4 locations, bringing on board a team of global talent to spearhead the Internal Influencer programme.
